Refund policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. You are eligible for a return or refund only if the product is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item. To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear proof such as a photo or unboxing video showing the issue. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds without proper proof or for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
